Sweet Shop: A Coin Game

Since my students are loving Pet Shop so much I made another coin game. This one is called Sweet Shop and focuses on exchanging coins.
Sweet Shop

After much encouragement from others I also put it on TPT to reach other teachers but I still can't bring myself to charge my followers. {Though I have to admit when I saw I had over 2,200 downloads of Pet Shop it did make me wonder if I am doing the right thing. A summer of no income is quickly approaching} I would appreciate if you went over to TPT to leave me positive feedback.

  1. I love you for this! I was a 2nd grade teacher for years before becoming a stay at home mama. I have a first grade daughter and I downloaded your pet shop game and wow! We have played it and played it and my daughter loves it. She didn't need any practice counting money, but it has been great practice for making change. She's the bank and my husband and I will give her combinations of coins where she has to make change and she's doing great. I can't wait to play this new game with her! And boy does she love sweets! You rock!

This game reminds me of one I used to use...feed the piggy. It was a piggy bank and basically you had to do the same thing...roll and exchange coins until your piggy had a dollar. The first to a dollar won!
